Extremity Night for Cold Collection

In the Deus Portal, we presented the new Cold Collection from Deus Ex Machina composed of real winter clothes to meet the needs of the colder parts of the world. The Deus courtyard was transformed into an outdoor cinema, hosting a curious audience who attended the projection of the short film Extremity by Jeff Zwart. The movie was made in the desert of Soggy Dry Lake, north of Los Angeles, during the shooting of the collection. In-Store it was possible to touch the reconstruction of the Belly Tank, a vehicle obtained from the old tanks of WWII aircraft and protagonist of the video. Thanks to this evening, between the live concert and the dedicated cocktail named the Belly Tank, the new FW18 range remains on everyone's lips. Looking through the new collection, you will find checked cotton flannel shirts and scotch canvas, round and high neck bouclè knits, using a technique which makes the cotton thicker and warmer. Water repellent canvas garments use wool linings that incorporate old blankets and some important details allowing them to be used comfortably on motorcycles and bikes. Details include double zips on the chest that close up to the collar for maximum protection and reflective inserts on the back of the neck and the cuffs. Super new, the leather collection has models inspired by the great classics such as the bikers' "Chiodo" with the D-shaped pocket, perfect for the Deus brand. The range is also home to the original "the pistol" aviator jacket, the suede bomber jacket inspired by Steve McQueen and the clean and essential biker with the right fit for the bike. Il cortile del Deus si è trasformato in cinema all'aperto, ospitando la platea che curiosa ha assistito alla proiezione del cortometraggio Extremity di Jeff Zwart, realizzato nel deserto di Soggy Dry Lake, a nord di Los Angeles, durante lo shooting della collezione. In Store si è potuto toccare con mano la ricostruzione del Belly Tank, veicolo ricavato dai vecchi serbatoi di aerei della seconda guerra mondiale e protagonista del video. Grazie a questa serata tra il concerto live e il cocktail dedicato, il Belly Tank appunto, la nuova FW18 è rimasta sulla bocca di tutti. Curiosando tra i capi della nuova collezione, troverete camice di flanella di cotone in scozzese e checker, un girocollo e un collo alto realizzati in bouclè, la particolare lavorazione che rende il cotone più spesso e caldo. Alcuni capi in canvas idrorepellente con fodera in lana che riprende le vecchie coperte e alcuni importanti dettagli che permettono un loro comodo utilizzo in moto e bici, come la doppia zip sul petto che si chiude fino al collo garantendo la massima protezione, e gli inserti catarifrangenti sul retro del collo e sui polsini. Super novità la collezione in pelle con modelli ispirati ai grandi classici, come il chiodo dei bikers con la tasca a forma di D perfetta per il marchio Deus, dove originariamente alloggiava la pistola, il giubbotto da aviatore, il bomberino scamosciato ispirato a Steve McQueen e il biker pulito ed essenziale con la giusta vestibilità per la moto.
